Salary: $12.50 - $15.50 per hour depending on experience

As a non-medical, living assistance service, care for our clients will range from simple companionship that may include A.D.L.s, light housekeeping, meal preparation and errands for dementia or Alzheimer's clients, to more complex cases when care is needed for a Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, post-operative, or terminally ill client in which bathing, incontinence care, personal hygiene, complex transferring, or end of life care may be involved. We work with all the major hospitals, assisted living facilities, and hospice organizations and are passionate about maintaining our excellent reputation in the communities we serve.

  • Must have satisfactory verbal and written English skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • U.S. Citizen or evidence of valid Alien Work Permit
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Daily access to a working vehicle
  • Must provide current Proof of Automobile Insurance
  • Must have clean DMV Record
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Possess and maintain good physical and mental health, including current TB testing as required
  • Previous experience
  • Ability to learn and perform required duties specific to the assigned client
  • Reliable, Dependable, Punctual
  • Demonstrate sympathetic attitude toward caring for others
  • Ability to listen and communicate clearly, fluently and diplomatically orally and in writing

  • Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to ensure that the requirements of this position can be fully met.
  • Must be able to properly operate household equipment.
  • Must be able to maintain clear verbal and written communication with co-workers, leadership team, supervisors, clients, family members, vendors and all business associates within or outside of the Company.
